REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At Lodanie, we aim to provide our customers with a simple, transparent, and satisfying shopping experience.
1. Return Period
Lodanie accepts return requests within 30 days of order receipt, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
• unused;
• in its original condition;
• in its original packaging;
• accompanied by proof of purchase or the order number.
2. Opened or Used Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare, haircare, cosmetic, and other hygiene products that have been opened or used may not be eligible for return.
This restriction does not apply in situations where the product is defective, non-conforming, or where the law grants the consumer specific rights.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the one ordered, please contact Lodanie as soon as possible.
We may ask you for the following:
• your order number;
• a description of the issue;
• photographs of the product and its packaging.
Upon verification, Lodanie may offer a replacement, a refund, or another appropriate solution.
Applicable legal warranties remain fully in effect, regardless of this policy. In Quebec, merchants have specific obligations regarding defective or non-conforming goods.
